Looking for a full body workout that targets every muscle group? Messiah’s CardioDance is the Interest Group for you. CardioDance fuses musical rhythms and dance moves together to create a dynamic workout that’s designed to get you fit and have fun. If you want to take it up a level, add weights of up to 3 lbs. to integrate strength to your routine.
Classes are currently being held via Zoom on Wednesdays at 5pm. The next session begins December 30th. Sessions lasts 8 weeks and costs $20. Join us. Your body will be glad you did. (Payment may be made using Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo).
